At Wholesale Air Conditioning, we believe in the importance of understanding our customers’ needs, and meeting them with only the best product recommendations. This includes working with our vendors and supply chain operators to provide reliable delivery of our air conditioners. All you need to do is communicate your preferences either via our online platform, or by contacting one of our friendly representatives.
If on occassion, a delivery or product order does not meet your expectations, we would be more than glad to assist you with processing a refund or an exchange. Regardless, you can always trust that our team at Wholesale Air Conditioning keeps your best interests in mind , when working to resolve any issues that might have arisen.

We aim to dispatch all items in stock within 1-3 business daysfrom when payment is cleared, with rare occasions exceeding this time. We will be sure to notify you if there is anything that might delay your order.
Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information and your order will be marked as “Fulfilled”.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
You can request an authority to leave by checking the optional box on the cart pageand/or include delivery notes for the courier.
For any missed deliveries due to ‘no one being available at the delivery address’ at the expected time the order will be left at your requested location if you have givenAuthority To Leave without asignature. If you have not checked the Authority to leave checkbox the delivery will be taken back to the depot and a new attempt will be made, most of our delivery partners offer additional deliveries but some items may incur an additional fees (depending on the couriers used). If an item is returned to us due to incorrect information or a missed delivery the redelivery fee and/or return fee we on-charged.
You are required tocheck items upon delivery for any obvious signs of damagewhich may have occurred during transit.If upon delivery you notice an item is damaged (noting some minor damage can occur to the packaging/box, this is unfortunately not uncommon during transit) or not as described please do not open it, you are required to reject delivery by the driver to which you will need to contact our Customer Service Team within 24 hours (with photographic evidence of the package/item) to arrange re-delivery.
If upon opening the package you find damage to the items please refer to ourreturns policy.
Please be aware that if the delivery docket is signed received in “Good Order or Condition” the liability of any damages passes to you the consignee.
We shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery or incorrect postal address given.
We only ship within Australia to physical addresses such as houses, apartments or businesses and DO NOT post internationally, to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers etc.
Change to delivery instructions after the unit has been dispatched will also incur additional charges.
WILL SOMEONE NEED TO BE HOME TO ACCEPT DELIVERY?
Yes,someone must be available to accept delivery as it will require a signature on delivery.
We also recommend having an additional person at the delivery address to assist with the placement of your items inside of your house and removal off the pallet if required. Our couriers delivery service is only door to door.
WILL MY LARGER SYSTEM COME ON A PALLET?
Yes,some larger bulky itemsmust be delivered on a pallet. Please remove your item off the pallet and ask the delivery driver to take it away with him. Otherwise you will be left with the pallet to dispose of.
Returns
FAULTY ITEMS OR CHANGE OF MIND
Returns and exchanges are for the value of the returned goods only and do not include the cost of postage/freight unless an item is faulty/defective in which case we will pay for postage/freight if we have been notified within 48 hours of goods being received. If after that period the customer will be responsible for the cost of freight. We comply with all aspects of Australian Consumer Law, so if an item is faulty we will rectify this for you.
How do I return an item?
- Request a Return Authority form and number from us sales@wholesaleaircon.com.au
- Pack your item/s for return. Label the products using the return shipping label supplied and ensure they are packed carefully to avoid damage (items that are damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging will unfortunately be unable to be accepted).
- Once we receive your return we will inspect the item/s to see if our returns policy has been met. We will let you know if the return has been approved and process the refund/credit/exchange. This will be done within 2 days of receiving the item. *If the returned item does not meet our returns policy we will call you to discuss options.
DELIVERY POLICY & REFUNDS
If a product is incorrectly priced we will do what we can to honour the price.
Wholesale aircon will also make sure that we offer a full refund if the mistakenly priced item cannot be met to satisfy the customer’s request.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
In order to get a refund, please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order (2.5% admin fee will apply). If your item has already been dispatch, delivery cost for both ways will be charged to you.
We will accept all returns in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Returns will only be accepted with proof of purchase.
There is a 30 Days limitation on all credits. Credits will not be issued for goods returned without proof of purchase.
Wholesale aircon will not be responsible for returning any goods that have been lost in transit if you have returned it at your own will.
All our items are checked for damage and missing parts prior to delivery.They are sent out in good and brand-new condition.It is important to thoroughly check your goods upon delivery and to notifywholesaleairconwithin 48 hours of receiving the order. Evidence of damage will be required i.e. photographs.
If goods remain boxed and in perfect condition you may return them within 14 days for a full refund minus a 10% restocking and admin fee or you can opt for a 100% credit to your account to spend within 6 months (cost of item not including the delivery fee). The cost of return delivery will be incurred by the customer.
All products that are unboxed or goods returned after 14 days will incur a 15% restocking fee and the cost of return delivery will be incurred by the customer.
There are no returns or refunds available on custom made products.This excludes items that are defective or have a manufacturers fault.
You as the customer have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession. If products are damaged by you no refund will be made.
All refunds will be issued when goods have arrived back to thewholesaleaircon warehouse and have been inspected by a member of our team. Refunds will be made by the same method used for the purchase.
Pick up orders will be warehoused for up to 14 days only after which they may be returned or sold.

Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.

Important Information to Maintain Your Warranty!
- Keep a copy of your invoice
- Ensure your air conditioning installer is qualified and holds a current refrigeration handling license.
- Ensure operation is as per manufacturer’s instructions.
- Ensure the air inlet and outlet of the outdoor unit is kept clear of obstructions.
- Replace exhausted batteries in remote control.
- If your system fails, contact the manufacturer without delay.
We are unable to deliver to a PO Box as we need ID and a copy of the online receipt when delivery is made.
Wholesale Aircon can help guide you if a warranty issue arises. Firstly the client needs to contact the manufacturer. The number for each manufacturer will be on the warranty form which came with the system purchased. When placing a warranty claim you will need to provide proof of purchase (your tax invoice).

A heat load calculation comprises of many factors such as size of area, size of windows, roof type, building material, whether there is insulation, external shading or internal shading etc. Incorrect sizing will mean inadequate cooling/heating.
